Nut Butter balls- no bake , gluten free, vegan

 

Seeking an easy breakfast items for a hungry toddler?

These were so satisfying and delicious, my husband was stealing them for himself.

 

 

Recipe:

Makes approximately 8


1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond flour
1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill coconut flour
1 cup nut butter or try our Omega 3 nut butter
1/2 avocado peeled and pitted

Food process all ingredients together. Remove from machine and form into balls approximately 1 Tablespoon in size. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes and serve. For best results, place in refrigerator overnight.
